All visual
art, even the greatest masterpieces, starts with a simple
drawn line (GARIS). The artist then further develops it into
a combination of lines, which forms a space, and - a work
of art is born..
Based on this philosophy,
GARISART hopes that starting from our simple activities and
events we can make a significant contribution to the Indonesian
arts scene.
Our vision is to popularize Indonesian arts in the local as
well as international scene. One way of such promotion is
by bringing our local artist artworks online.
Hopefully, with the help
of art lovers and organizations, we can achieve our shared
